Avery Turns One!

Last weekend, we headed to Mt. Pleasant to celebrate a very special event. Our niece Avery had her first birthday party!

Brooke enjoyed celebrating her cousin's birthday, especially because she also received several presents! Here she is with Grandma.

Keely and Claire didn't stay long for the party. And we learned something new about them. They REALLY like their own house, bed, surroundings. They do NOT do so well on trips!  This is not much comfort when I'm thinking about our family reunion in west Texas later this month!
