Hot Springs
We decided to take a little vacation to Hot Springs, Arkansas after Christmas. We had a ton of fun family friendly adventures planned, but the rainy weather kept us from doing most of them.
We still got to tour a bath house museum, see and feel the hot springs, visit the alligator farm, see the top of the tower, and take in all the sights. We definitely want to go back again when the girls are older. It is a really fun place, and for some reason it really reminds me of New Braunfels.
The steam from the springs. The water felt great to my cold hands!
We had to laugh at our tower experience. There was zero visibility that day (and the two days before that) but we decided to go up anyway and see the pretty clouds ;).
Notice the tower in the picture to the left. Ha!
I am so excited that the girls traveled well and we can start doing road trips like this more often!

What a fun trip! Looks like y'all made the most of it with the dreary weather, and it looks like it was a successful one with the twins napping afterwards :-)
We did that trip for our one year anniversary...it was a lot of fun and I'd love to go back. Did you actually do the bath house? There is still one open for business. It was weird having someone bathe me...but interesting. Especially sitting in one of those old steam boxes where your head just sticks out.
