Happy Halloween!!

We have had a great Halloween week! Thursday Brooke had her class party.

Baby Sisters loved preschool too!

Friday we headed to the mall for the Halloween Parade with my Moms of Multiples group. I love my little puppies and Ariel!

Parade kids...

and the Mamarazzi!

Saturday we went to a Halloween party at my friend Christy's house. There were lots of fun games for the kids, like painting pumpkins.

Then on Halloween we went Trick-or-Treating in our neighborhood.

Some fun Halloween things I don't want to forget...

Brooke really wanted me to be a witch and Daddy to be a doggie like baby sisters. I actually did dress up as a witch to go to the Halloween party. David opted not to be a doggie, but a blind referee instead. Somehow I didn't end up with any pictures of us.

Brooke calls Jack-o-Lanterns "Jack-o-Landas".

Keely can say "Trick or Treat", it sounds like "Tee-Tuh-TEE". :)

Preschool Pumpkin Patch

Claire was feeling much better this morning, so I took the twins up to Brooke's preschool for their pumpkin patch/petting zoo day.

Keely is excited to see Brooke. We waited for her outside her classroom.

A quick class picture before heading outside...

Brooke "caught a bubble and put it in her mouth". ;) If you have ever taught young children you know what that means!

Pumpkin patch time! Brooke brought her pumpkin "Jack", who is a girl of course.

Keely and Claire having fun in the patch. Love the Cookie Monster pumpkin!

On to the petting zoo

K & C look on from outside the gate.

Caught all three in a picture near the bunnies.

Fall at the Beach

My mom had this idea of going to the beach in the fall. And what a wonderful idea it was! The weather was great- in the 80's- and pretty much no one was there!

The toughest part was the drive down there and back. It was just me and the girls. It was a loooong drive!

We stayed outside of Port Aransas in a beautiful updated condo.
Check out the view from our patio. :)

Here is pretty much the only picture I took of Claire during the weekend. She was up ALL night Saturday night, not feeling well. Grandpa took her for a drive at 5 am. Thanks Dad! Now that we're home she still has a fever. :(

Brooke ate about a hundred grapes while we were there.

The reason for the getaway was to celebrate my sister Kelly's birthday. Mom & Kelly made a delicious shrimp boil and we enjoyed some brownies after! Yum!

Keely, who had slept all night, was up bright and early Sunday to watch the sunrise with me. It was gorgeous!

Later in the morning, Mom, Brooke, Keely and I headed to the beach. Claire stayed behind to rest.

Grammy & her girls :)

Keely was adventurous on the beach. Both her and Brooke loved it!

We are already planning our next Fall beach getaway!
